About Sarah Zelman

I am a Chicago-based artist, working mainly with acrylic paint, collage, and ceramic. My portfolio consists of mostly figurative works that are playful and bright. I love to paint dreamy landscapes and objects in nature, but also enjoy more structural figures like commercial packaging and furniture. My goal with my work is to invoke nostalgia, comfort, and curiosity, as well as providing new ways to look at old things.
